History

Previously the PARA'S 10, was hosted by The Parachute Regiment back in 1993 in Aldershot. Since the Paras left Aldershot, this legendary event was dormant, until 2008 when 'P' Company, The Parachute Regiment's own selection wing, revived the race to mark the first time since WWII that all four of The Parachute Regiment's Battalions have deployed on operations in the same theatre at the same time (Afghanistan). The course is very challenging and as such is restricted to runners aged 17 and over.
