Your race pack, including race number, timing chip and Runner Information leaflet will be sent out approximately 3 weeks before the race. After Monday 8th September race packs will have to be collected before the start. (See On the Day)
How can I find if my entry has been received?
Select the drop down menu 'How to enter' > 'Am I Entered?'
If this fails then contact us – see Contact us details.
This list is updated on a weekly basis.
What is the minimum age to take part?
The minimum age to take part is 16 years old.
I can no longer take part. Can I get a refund or transfer the entry?
Refunds are not granted in this race. You can transfer your entry (without charge) to another runner but it is essential that we receive full details (as per the entry form) of the new runner. No runner should wear a race number belonging to another runner as this could incur grave consequences in the event of a medical emergency.
Do I have to support the Airborne Forces Charity or Help for Heroes?
We urge you to support the Airborne Charities and Help for Heroes as they provide the support our service men and women deserve. However, you are free to support your own charity if you wish, but please do not collect sponsorship within the start/finish area at Catterick Garrison.
Where can I find advice on training?

Where do I get my medal?
Medals will be given out in the area after the race finish line. (Do not forget as you will not be able to re-enter this area afterwards.)
Do the Race Organisers Provide Bergens/Rucksacks?
No. All ‘P’ Company Challenge and Team Challenge competitors are to bring their own rucksack, packed with 35Ilbs of equipment (excluding food & water), which will be weighed both at the start and finish by race officials.
Are there any sepcific regulations regarding bergan size/shape, is there any advice on making the bergen comfortable?
From race rules perspective Bergen size & shape is irrelevant, but weight must be 35 lbs. Weight can be made up of anything, though I recommend it being wrapped in something soft like a sleeping bag. Comfort is something that you won't be able to achieve, but padded shoulder straps and a lumbar support are your best bets to try and achieve it.
Are there any specific regulations regarding boots worn for the P Company challenge element of the Paras 10?
Put simply boots must have full ankle support; sturdy hiking boots are fine.
